has anyone ever heard of a service where you have a company find you a job and then they take 10 % or 15 % or something out of your first year's salary for the service?
I need a name/link to that company.

Called "Headhunters", normally they only deal with executives, upper management and other "High End" jobs. Services like that are not available to normal every day people.

Just google; Headhunters.

Colleges have career services but that's only for students.

I know in there is also a government agency that assists with finding a job but I don't remember the name of it.

Both of those are "free" services.
