That's it? I think that if the world economy were doing better, that number would be higher.

I can't remember the exact numbers, but over the past year or 2 haven't ad budgets been cut by some ridiculous amount? 30%? 50%? More?

Whatever the drop has been, I would bet that you could take that number, add 1 and multiply it by this estimate to get a more realistic number.

GN.net is an ad-free service from TPU. It doesn't have any ads (except the link back to TPU), and doesn't make any money. It's like big corporations giving away cash on "green initiatives", hippy music festivals, etc.

GN.net resides in the same server as TPU. It's no big deal (overhead/bandwidth-wise). It's like running Crysis and Minesweeper simultaneously.
