How to post Utube on tpu

I want to put my U TUBE vidio in a post but dont have a clue how to do it.I am new to computers so keep this in mind with your answer.Thanks.

That feature is not available on TPU. Simply post the YouTube URL (link to the video).

I dont want to sound like an rtard but how do you post the URL.When I click on share on the video one of the options is copy and paste is this what I do? If so I cant get it to do anything when on this option.Im pretty sure I dont have to type in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f75ogexxgVM or would that work?
