I have to say Kamelot is awesome. Anyone know of bands like them?
Screaming is a no no for me :p I'm kind of a melodic guy unless it's something like This Calling-All That Remains (like it just the slow chorus alone)
Just an idea of my taste these are bands I like or used to: (i know not all of them are metal)

HIM -used to, just too much whining

Poets of the Fall
Within Temptation -may be
