Well you would need to be doing 100mph to be close enough behind them to be hit with the milkshake. And even though that bike isn't anything crazy impressive, you would still need a pretty quick car to keep that close distance, and be on it. So not exactly sure how much of a rager you should get once you realize they were trying to put a gap to make a video of someone putting a shake on as make up at 100mph. I can do 100 in my cavalier; haven't tried going any faster than that though and I have no desire to go more than 5 over the limit anymore (almost lost my license recently), so you're probably right.
