I am curious about this. Do yall have a problem with a web site wanting a perpetual, fully paid, transferable license on any content that you post? I was going to register with cardomain until I found out that they employ a policy such as this. This means that they can take my pictures of my car and sell them to anyone they want and not give me a dime. On top of that, it's a perpetual license, so even if I terminate my account, they still have the rights to my content.

They aren't the only ones either. Facebook used to do this as well and I refused to sign up until they changed it. Maybe I am just paranoid, but I refuse to grant some company the right to sell my stuff and not pay me for it. I will grant them the license that game publishers grant us, I am licensing you to use my content for your personal use. You are not to copy, redistribute, or sell that content without written permission.
