So, who here follows the exploits of the monster hunting brothers known as Sam and Dean Winchester? Quite simply, this is the only show that I would give up Heroes to watch. The basic story line is that all of the legends of monsters have some truth to them and there are people that set out to hunt and kill them. One of the best shows that I have ever seen. They manage to keep it believable and use minimal CGI to make it less cheesy than other shows like it.

Plus Dean has to be one of the best characters in the history of television. my only regret is that I have missed the first 15 episodes of season 4. There would be a really big cookie for someone that found these episodes online, in a legal manner that is.

The show just gets better and better. And yes, Dean has to be one of the best characters created to date. He definitely adds most of the humor to the show. And this angel thing as well as Sam's demon issues have definitely made for a great season. I definitely cant wait for the season finale tomorrow night. :D

Use binsearch.info to search. used the advanced search feature and use as few words as possible in your search string. For this just 'supernatural' should be fine. Vids are almost always edited to eliminate commercials.

They will probably extend Satan into season 6 if they go that route. My guess is that at the end of Season 5, Sammy will say yes to Lucifer, probably to save Dean's hide.

The show is something you something you would have to watch to really get into. The devil literally comes to earth, lots of crazy shit happens. I haven't minded the acting at all, but just jumping into random episodes I could see how it might feel funny.

The reason I started watching though was the Impala, movies/tv shows revolving around a car as one of the main characters is rare. And the car really is one of the main characters, and the music for the show is killer as well.

Yeah that. I got into it when a friend recommended it to me, saying that Dean reminded her so much of me. Turned out she was right and I got hooked on the show. I have every season on DVD.

It's probably not unusual to get cameos from people on other similar shows. Although my first thought was that this was to gauge audience reaction for a possible spin-off. I'm sure all of the main characters from buffy and angel can live comfortably on the royalties forever, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some of the cast coming back in other shows.

Never watched buffy/angel. This season started off strong, but it is starting to feel lacking. Lacking in emotion, grit, humor and style. Sorry, but when would Sam and Dean let two murdering witches live? Also, every other witch aside from Patrick was essentially human and could be killed by a simple gunshot, no need for chicken feet and a spell.

They just don't feel like Sam and Dean this season. Dean doesn't get depressed when he feels guilty, he becomes a force to be reckoned with against anything evil. I am starting to feel the estrogen creep in from Sera Gambles reign.

You have to have some episodes devoted to character development and you have to have conflict - even between the heroes. It does add to the story in the long run as long as they don't over do it but the right mix is going to be different for everyone. (toast)

In my experience you can break down the worlds languages into four regions/groups. Latin-based, Chinese-based, Mesopotamian/Asian and other*.
And "kismet" comes under Mesopotamian/Asian. IMO.

*other is for languages that aren't spoken by many people, e.g tribal languages.

Sam and Dean are now the crutch :(

Admittedly the show isn't perfect, but you'll be able to find fault with anything if you're already biased against it. Personally I think reality shows are such bullshit that I won't even watch one. But thats MY bias. The difference is that I'm willing to admit it.

I liked the last episode, the fact that there was a myth, but it ended up being something new. The adrenal gland thing was pretty cool, and how it made everyone loopy then really aggressive was interesting. And I like the actor playing the lead bad guy now, really liked when he told off Crowley. I think this season so far has been better than Season 6.

Robert Singer is a producer of the show. Jim Beaver plays the character Bobby Singer. I agree that it was a good episode, I just want the freaking impala back!!!

I know - but only because of that episode where they were playing themselves in a TV serial. There was a line about 'what kind of asshole names one of the characters after himself.' Otherwise I never pay attention to who the actors are. I would probably pay attention if any of them turned up in my weekly edition of the Enquirer though. But alas . . . . :( I guess they're not well known enough. Maybe I should get The Star or something. (j/k)
