I say be patient. I'm talking to him right now and he has every intention of paying you, but he's been working a lot to make up for time and money lost on his son being in the hospital. He isn't meaning to stall you, and if there was no agreed date of payment you really have no right to do anything to the poor guy, especially since he's got medical bills... I think those take precedence over payment for a paper.

He said he couldn't even use it due to the general feminine voice of the paper anyway.
