Powerlifting is my other "hobby". There are times when the right song is just as important as a good partner when pushing through a heavy set. For those of us who exercise (especially lift iron), music is often a key component in keeping us fucused and motivated. I have a few songs that are always on my workout rotation. As you can see, I show my age with some of my favorites. What are yours?

Tool: Schism/Sober (actually most Tool in general)
Perfect Circle: Judith
Rage Against the Machine: Testify
Drowning Pool: Bodies
Limp Bizkit: Nookie
Offspring: Self Esteem
Suicidal Tendencies: You cant bring me down
Metallica: For Whom the bell tools
Megadeth: Holy Wars
LL Cool J: Momma said knock you out (yes really)

Everything from Disturbed. Their remake of "Land of Confusion" kicks you in the ass like Hiroshima. Its hard rock pushing you to the limit.

And of course those memorable Rocky themes :)

I like doing the dishes while listening to the Beatles. Closest I get to a workout.

I usually go for something like AC/DC or Disturbed or if I am really needing a boost, Eye of the Tiger works well.
