well do you think he should go to jail and face a huge legal bill ?
this is the latest news from the bbc's teletext service on the subject
jackson's doctor to be charged
Michael Jackson's doctor is expected to be charged soon with the singer's involuntary manslaughter ,us media reports say
Dr Conrad Murray is in Los Angeles and would be happy to surrender to authorities if asked, his lawyer said.
If Dr Murray is charged ,a judge would decide if he should then go on trial.
Michael Jackson's death,at the age of 50,in Los Angelese on 25 june last year was ruled as homicide, mainley caused by an anaesthetic,

He used an extremely potent drug outside of a facility that could resuscitate him, he is not an anaesthesiologist whom would be trained in how to safely use that drug, and he left Jackson unattended when under that drug, is a definitely no-no. I'd say involuntary manslaughter is going easy on him.

I say pin a medal on his chest and send him to Lady Gaga's house.

what the hell is involuntary manslaughter anyway. How you can you accidentally accidentally (no not a double word typo) kill someone?

lol at involuntary, I think in this case it's didn't want to accidentally kill him.
But based on the specifics of the case I'd say yeah he needs to be charged, malpractice doesn't even begin to cover it.
and seriously all these rich people and their special drugs to fall asleep, why can't they just pass out in a drunken stupor like the rest of us?

This is a simple case of GREED

"Should Michael Jackson's doctor face manslaughter charges?"
IMO...If the state has evidence of a crime by this person and wants to, then yes.
This is a different question..."Well do you think he should go to jail and face a huge legal bill ?"
Again, my opinion, yes, but it is not up to me to judge him. A jury of his peers or trial by judge(his choice) will be deciding his fate.

Nope, he was just helping the man get high. Michael had a choice if he wanted too do it or not. I bet he knew what could happen by getting that jacked up.

Yup, plus he turned a black man into a white woman. He's amazing.
