Not sure if I'm posting this in the right sub forum, but I want to share it and it might give you guys a chuckle.

So I've had this "girl" emailing me for about a week and I keep messing with her by typing back in the same broken English that's she's been writing to me in and ending every letter with "send many nudies!".
I was first under the impression it was some Nigerian scammer for a while, but I was tipped off last night by my room mate that one of my friends had signed me up for a mail-order bride website.
I understand practical jokes, but if it's true that he signed me up for something like that he's gone a little too far.

There was a really good movie about some guy signing up for a russian mail order bride, and she comes and "cant speak english" and then her friends show up from russia and they end up scamming him into robbing the bank he works at. Can't remember the name though, but it's really good.

I think Im a little russian myself. not too sure as trying to trace my ancestors back a few decades is pretty difficult with how fragmented the family is - but the russian is from my mums side. my grandfather was taller then me, even when he reached the grand old ages (70+) he was still always taller then me - Im just touching 6ft1 - everyone on my dads side of the family are short as fuck - Im so tall i could use my dad as a leaning post. the aunties on my mothers side are also fairly tall - my uncles are also built - with at least 3 or 4 of them being Ex-military at some point.

so even though they are just potentially rumors - they could actually be true (because nobody in my dads family is tall & also trying to find someone as tall as my grandfather back in the 60's especially in china is like looking for a needle in a haystack - there just arent that many of them)

another thing Ive noticed is that my eyes are also almost black compared to my dads which are a really beautiful 'lighter' shade of brown.

I think website unsubscribes me. I told the person I was a homless, jobless, war veteran amputee and that I've been living on the streets for the past year. She didn't email me back for a couple days. I just got her most recent email, but I haven't had time to read it yet... We'll see what happens.
