Very interesting. Getting just a tad bit personal if you ask me. The questions he asked them aren't at all unreasonable, so why no response? Oh thats right, do what you are told and don't ask questions.

Please please please Republicans and right wingers. DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THE CENSUS!! Its all a conspiracy to round you up and send you to the new "internment camps"!
(just dont tell them that the census is how congressional districts are drawn up meaning what would have normally been extra house seats for Republican leaning areas, now means LESS seats and LESS representation) mwhahahahaha
SO PLEASE BOYCOTT THE CENSUS!!

They do have the right to determine population according to the constitution. So you are violating constitutional law to not answer if you are a legal citizen, and how many live at your residence.
As far as GPS, we have google earth, with street view and cameras running on may streets constantly, all public transit is recorded, people on welfare must report and show earnings (not that the people milking the system don't lie about it) your finance for the most part and home worth are available to the public domain, as well as your original purchase price and all records of improvement.
We have no privacy, get used to it, all your e-mail, texts and electronic commerce is searched for keywords and datamined, the patriot act made it OK for the government to get your records from companies that have files on you about your whole life without a warrant.
So when they come to your door, tell them your name, legal status, and how many people are in your home. I used to have a guy that came by every 6 months as my address was chosen to be part of a random sampling. I told him the basics, he left for another 6 months.

Because a desire for personal privacy is right wing? Doesn't really go along with the whole Patriot Act, Bush loving, FOX News notions - does it? Maybe we'll have to come up with different blanket stigmatism titles.

Nope not at all. Just when the whole Patriot Act and warrentless wiretapping was being done by the previous administration all I saw was cheerleading from the right.
Now I see fear mongering over the damn census.
This sums it up pretty well:

That is some funny shit. The sad reality is the concept of BS like "free speech zones" in a country that used to be free, and only 97 out of 435 reps voting to squelch the Patriot act.
As far as secession goes...Montana has always been way too cool to be lumped in with places like Arkansas and Conneticut.;)

I would prefer hanging out with those two over stilted-east-coast blue bloods or eastern trustifarian-seudo intellectuals any day of the week.

Don't they make your skin crawl? The two on the right leave NPR on their car radios, even though they hate it, hoping friends will think they're smart.

All they need to know is the number of people living in the district. That's all I intend to tell them if they come knocking. If they want to know if I am reciving food stamps, ask the Social Security Administration. If they want to know if I am disabled, ask the Social Security Administration. If they want to know how much I make a year, ask the Internal Revenue Service. If they want the GPS coordinates of my house, ask the Department of Defense. Etc.
They already have all that information so there's no reason for me to be giving it to them via Census.

Nice. I thought about getting a job for the census but then I realized that if I was going to go through the danger of walking up to people's houses in the hood I might as well go back to delivering pizza. I need to get my A+ already so I can score that dream tech job I always wanted ($9/hr PC tech peasant LOL).
