This movie is do out next month in Japan (4-24-10). I have no idea when the English version will hit the States. Hopefully before the end of this summer. To be honest I was really hoping for some real closer with this movie but from what I've seen they are continuing where they left off after a few years.
Don't get me wrong I liked watching Trigun but it really outlived itself IMO. This Magna has been around since 1997-98 and although IMO an original storyline I would really like to see some closure. One example of this is Cowboy Bebop (although not the best ending episode out there). Another example is Eureka. One more that offered a decent ending was Samurai Champloo. And, InuYasha ending (after all this time) should be pretty good. I'm sure there were better ones out there though.
