anyway, I need such vacuum, but i haven't seen anything but one cheaply built H2O Vac Turbo.
mainly i want something that will last, requires little maintenance, and actually designed well.
I now have just regular air vacuums fro home and i have them ALL. Filter gets dirty after 5 minutes and vacuum instantly looses suction... It's f*cking heavy and loud, i just want to throw it off the stairs instead of actually carrying it down...
Anyway, i wanted something GOOD, that filters through water and not stupid air filters.

Rainbow vacuums indeed are one of the best you can get. They are a total PITA to use tho. It gets quite annoying sometimes.

Kirby is the best vaccum on the planet. I (and my family) have owned them all our lives.
Its not water filtered, because the fan is in front of the bag not behind it. Only vaccum that can do that because of the patent (Mr. Kirby invented it). Never loses suction even as the bag fills up (which was your origional complaint).
Rainbow is overpriced garbage. I let my friend back home borrow my Kirby (he was sold a Rainbow) and he was blown away and royally pissed after how much he paid for the Rainbow.

Our Filter Queen owned our Kirby. All 3 are pretty much way overpriced anyway.
