I like HTC, design wise, but I've only ever owned LG (they are decent, no complaints, but not terribly impressed either)

This thread is a bit vague, but I'm going by reliability. Nokia have been the most reliable phones I've ever used, though their phones since the release of the N97 have gone downhill, not to mention their specifications can't match other phone companies.

My N95 8GB has had the best call quality and reception of any of the phones I've owned or used. Most people I know have had issues sending messages or making calls, but I haven't had any, not to mention the phone is built like a tank and the battery is still going strong after over a year and a half.

I have had phones of several brands over the years. Best one?
Sharp, by far. The GX30 I owned had a 1mp camera, which is still superior in picture quality to many of todays 5mp cameras. It was extremely reliable, well thought out, and had a nice design.
Pity Sharp doesn't make phones anymore. And they're not even on your list.

So I'm going with Samsung then.

I'd say Nokia is the best for reception, durability, reliability..

HTC, Aplle and Samsung would tie for Features..

And Sony is pretty good all around...

Lots of votes for HTC, lol two of my sisters have had problems with theirs. One switched to the iPhone 4 and the other to the Samsung Galaxy S.

have both motorolla droid and htx droid incrdible, the incredible is more relaible and more durable. as for teh other brands alot of them I feel are having a hard time keeping up and those that do keep up have poor reliability imo.
