Does it matter tho??? They can use these without breaking treaties

Moab Is The Mother Of All Bombs. Bigger than a daisy cutter this puppy goin off will cause a bad day on the fearless of men. 8 Kiloton of pure explosive power compare to Hiroshima which was about 10 Kiloton Yeild.
Then with the UK as Wiki says
British developments
In June 2008, the United Kingdom revealed that its forces had used thermobaric munitions in Afghanistan. These weapons were delivered with the Hellfire missile from Apache attack helicopters. American forces have also apparently been employing the weapons in Afghanistan from Apache helicopters, and also from unmanned drones. The British Minister of Defence stated that the weapon will also be configured to be delivered from the Royal Air Forces own MQ-9 Reaper drones.[31]

MOAB is a scratch compared to a fusion bomb.
MOAB = 11 tons
Fat Man (the bomb that hit Nagasaki) = 21,000 tons
B61 (enduring stockpile US nuclear bomb) = up to 170,000 tons
B83 (enduring stockpile US nuclear bomb) = up to 1,200,000 tons
Tsar Bomba (largest man-made explosion, ever) = approximately 50,000,000 tons
As I said, MOAB can't even hold a match to even a weak atomic weapon. Not to mention, the fusion/fission bombs are much, much smaller. Only the C-130 can drop the MOAB and they do it by parachuting it out the rear of the plane while underway.
Nuclear bombs (and MOAB) produce a single, huge concussive blast. Thermobaric bombs produce a long explosion that keeps growing and growing and growing. Themobaric is good for hitting a bunker or cave; nuclear is good for leveling cities/miltary bases.
Quite simply, if you want to make a large target disappear, nuclear weapons are the only way to achive it.

Thermobaric = the kind I like then :D I like the biggest explosion I can get

Well MOAB is getting old now IMO. It was tested in what 2003? That's plenty of time for us to improve on the idea behind the curtains.
Good thing about them is also we can use them while on the ground. Without the fear of nuclear fall out.
I'm sure we could set something up like MOAD on a nuclear missile platform, and cluster bomb them while doing to get a much bigger effect. Just like we can do with nukes.

FOAB (Aviation Thermobaric Bomb of Increased Power) is the largest conventional bomb ever dropped and it still only achieved the equivilent of 44 tons of TNT and it weighed 15,653 lbs. Tsar Bomba weighed 60,000 lbs.
FOAB has a power to weight ratio of 0.0028 tons of TNT per pound.
Tsar Bomba has a power to weight ratio of 833.3333 tons of TNT per pound.
HUGE difference and no, you won't see a MOAB on an ICBM, they are too damn heavy.
Minuteman-III is the current in service ICBM deployed by the USA. They carry a warhead the equivilent of 170,000 (253 lbs warhead) or 350,000 tons (800 lbs warhead) of TNT. The Minuteman-III weighs approximately 80,000 lbs. If you want to carry a MOAB at on it, the Minuteman-III would have to weigh 2,100,000 lbs (which is possible seeing as the Saturn V rockets weighed 7,000,000 lbs). Still, the MOAB is a huge target that is easily intercepted by anti-ICBM weaponry and the explosion is 31,818 times weaker. In fact the ICBM would use more power to get the MOAB to its target than the MOAB itself would deliver on target.
Seriously man, this is third grade stuff. Conventional bombs don't even come close to nuclear.

Small Nuclear bombs is what these are about....they still do massive amounts of damage. As why Russia is going to replace all there small nukes with these(I think, they were talking about it)
Dropping them out of a plane is one thing, but putting them on a rocket is another.

The Davy Crockett (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Davy_Crockett_(nuclear_device)) is the smallest nuclear device that was deployed by the US military. It produced up to a 20 ton explosion. 76 lbs versus 21,000 lbs and you still get a bigger boom. The Davy Crockett was never used in combat because the detonation is highly radioactive.
Russia isn't getting rid of their nukes. Remember, MAD (Muturally Assured Destruction).

I told you, MOAB (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GBU-43/B_Massive_Ordnance_Air_Blast_bomb) is about (http://www.awwar.com/military-weapons-information-videos-pictures/usas-moab-mother-of-all-bombs-russias-foab-father-of-alll-bombs/) 11 tons (http://en.academic.ru/dic.nsf/enwiki/130751); Hiroshima (Little Boy) was between 13,000 and 18,000 tons. Moab can't hold a light to any nuclear device except the Davy Crockett.
This (in conventional weapons):

load them up on a battle ship, and nail a city for a few mins. I bet it would look like a nuke went off there.

a) USA no longer has any battleships in active duty.
b) Battleships could not launch a MOAB.
c) You need one C-130 per MOAB. Only 17 MOABs exist and if you used them all on a single city, you'd still not even come close to the damage a single nuclear tipped ICBM could do or a single nuclear bomb falling from a B-2 or other bomber.
d) No, it doesn't look like a nuke went off:
d1) No mushroom cloud.
d2) No radiation.
d3) Not a very large crater.
d4) No signs of serious gamma and X-ray radiation.
d5) No extremely intense, blindly bright, flash of light.

Technically though we're already in a world without nukes since they're for display, or parade purposes only.

IMO suite case nukes are the way to go!!!!
Just buy houses around the nation you want to take out. Send out spies with a case to drop off, and bring them home. Then get on National TV and say SUCK IT COMMIES!!!
BOOM and no time to retaliate!!!
