Beginners Guide to AFK
Before you ;tldr this you need to know this important fact(wh)
Chairs have mojo magnets hidden in them. Prolonged sitting in a chair will sap your mojo. Think of your chair as a Spy posing as a member of your team, but he's sapping your mojo...right out your ass.
Here's the premise. Going AFK will return your power to 9000.
At first only go AFK long enough to feel your mojo returning. Maybe 15 minutes to a half hour.
It's important not to disrupt the field between you and your chair. This can create a mojo flashback resulting in hours of porn viewing.
Slowly work your AFK interval up to about an hour. You'll feel cut off at first, so engage in some trivial task that keeps you on your feet and moving around, like raging, or mumbling to yourself. Some beginners find doing household chores helps. One thing is certain, you will feel completely re-energized on your next log in.
Give it a try and let me know ho it works out for you.(toast)

That part made me lol.
At any rate, at my age, I have to go AFK every once in a while just because of the ache in my joints if I sit too long.

Good advice, but some of us take our addiction seriously and have computers in every room. I was even considering a small mini-ITX based system for the head.
Anyway, as a result, you never escape the event horizon of every keyboard - you're always in range of at least one and each one can be a vindictive bitch if you ignore it for too long. The next thing you know you've got charges for porn sites on your credit card - charges you never made. Or worse yet, it screws with your WCG wu's - something far worse that somebody kicking your puppy.
That's way I don't normally leave my house for several days at a time. I have to tear myself away. It's extremely difficult and requires incredible strength of will - something I just don't have most of the time.
