i cant help but feel that this kinda went 4chan on the poor guy.

I'm lost 24/7 - mostly in my own head - it's such a rat's nest in there.

But I get lost everywhere. I get lost in my own home. Why am I in the kitchen? Where was I going? What did I want to do?

Worst of all is getting lost in time. There are no signs or mile markers in the continuum. If it's not today, then it must be either yesterday or tomorrow - unless it's really next week . . . already. I can still get the decade right, but that's starting to get iffy.
