i've got about 8 HDD's myself, mostly in the 1TB range, while my housemate beats me by another TB. we have something like 10TB of anime in the house between the 3 of us :)

Also don't worry about data space! When we built the LAN HALL Underwater Hotel we thought ahead, and installed 10,000 yottabytes worth of Intel® X25-E Extreme SATA Solid-State Drives. This SSD network space provided by the hotel is located very deep under the hotel itself and is naturally ocean water cooled. It took a mad set of skills to link all the drives into a Raid-0 mirror(so really you only have 5000 yottabytes of storage). Now all of this is accessed by fiber all over the hotel. Now we did have to hook up a system that was able to handle this, in doing so we were able to make a machine that is URBER GEEK 1337 fast. It is also able to host any network o/s , multiplayer game/website/anything you want(you can even run your installed games off of it).

Just don't try to hack it(108 min button is kinda connected to add extra time(before we only had 10mins to type in the code))) because someone would get hurt, and that breaks rule 1.

The hotel also carries massive amounts of 64GB USB Flash Drives for on the go, and we offer wireless. With one thing that no one in the world carries. You can burn all your data off onto a Blue Ray Laser Disc. You will LOL when you hear the amount of data you can store on these suckers LOL. There is 500 BR laser disc player in the lan room, and then there is one in every room. PLUS we also keep one in the front desk if you needed to upload it to the SSD drives for safer keeping.

Also note that we have internet is a little low key. We are not really supposed to have internet here, because we didn't want to tell anyone about the island. Yet we were able to tap into mutable lines(which are all buried), and we do have backup satellite links if all goes to hell.


Oh one more thing Wireless HD VR(Native Res is 1920x1200 120Mhz) sets are located at the front desk. Please return these for cleaning. They kind of cost a ton, and we only have 1 charger per HD-VR set.
