where can i get n64 emu's for psp?

first off if talk about emu's is allowed on here like on the normal tpu then can anyone please forward me to a forum where i can talk about emulation or a forum for emulation, if i can talk about it then here is my question.

Ive read many sites on snes gameboy nintendo 64 emu's for psp and seen them used on youtube but i crnt find anywhere to get them and one i did manage to get hold kept saying the game couldnt load, i tried it with and without a umd in like some people have said. My firmware is 5.03 and its an original psp not slim or light. The number on the back of the batt says 1003 please help guys cheers
