Now that's a real judge!
I mean we all make mistakes when we are younger. Some of those could land you in jail your total life. If he had been in the US.......
If the judge really thought that his views had changed/felt remorse he did years ago at 17teen he made the right call.

I've did some things that I would still be locked up for and not knowing when I would be getting out at 17, and then felt bad/stupid about them by 21.
out of lessons in your teens is a funny thing.....2 1/2 years is like a life sentence at his age...IMO
You don't know who he was around/counseled by after he was caught.

the fact that he was hanging out with terrorists is enough for me, not to mention they were planning on blowing up buildings! :eek:
