Do you find tattoos attractive or ugly on the opposite sex ?

Man....my heart is still beating fast because of a girl I saw in college with a shoulder blade tattoo (r)...I guess I find the "bad girl" style sexy.

Sadly, sometimes tattoos seems a bit unprofessional.

Now about the female tattoos, I find a small tattoo really attractive (of course it depends on the person first), in the other hand, a woman with a full body tattoo is very ugly, it just....contaminate the body beauty if you know what I mean.

Most tattoos I see are something tribal or their name in Chinese, on both sexes that is, women also have tramp stamps.

Not much variety in tattoos here...though some rocker chicks have some cool ones, but only some.

I didn't know that there are religious members here :D.....oh well tribal tattoos are viewed negatively in my culture (actually all kind of tattoos) because only "Bad people" do them. In my religion "Shia Islam" it's undesirable but still not a sin, they call these kind of stuff "hated".

Well I want several tattoos and I don't care if they look like an infection when I'm older. I want them for me to have. They have meanings. Not like those tats in Miami Ink tho. I spent years and decades (yes even at my age) pondering the images.

But there are a lot of people who get tats just for the looks. Fast fast, in time for the summer sun to speed up the aging process. Dolphin ooooh sweet! Ooooh a rose on the ankle, sooo unique! Meh.

You will notice if the person wearing a tattoo has put some thought in it and found a parlor that knows what he's doing (taking the anatomy of the body part to be painted on into account).

Also, the only male human allowed to wear a butterfly on his chest is Steve McQueen.

One of my closest friends made an interesting comment on the issue:

I'm a fan of the Suicide Girls, but I can understand my friend's position. Tattoos can be hot, but I also like died hair (odd colors) and piercings, which I can't explain. I have none of the above.

Many of my friends have encouraged me to get a tattoo but I honestly don't see the point. Tattoos are about defining yourself, making your body feel more personal. I think I got pretty lucky with my body and it's good the way it is. Don't fix it if it aint broken, eh?

Anyway, I consider an ear and nose piercing sexy, maybe add a belly button pierce but it depends on the person. By nose piercing I don't mean putting large metal circles insides your nose, just a little....what do they call it in English?......you know, the one which looks like a dot.

Meh, Ive got nothing against tatts. I just wouldn't get one though. They just ruin the body. Especially as it ages. But tons of friends have tatts. My mom has one on her ankle. My dad shit a brick when he saw it lol. As long as they don't overdo it with the tatts then it could be attractive. I cannot stand the full limb tatts. They annoy the crap out of me. Piercings are ok as long they dont overdo it as well. And gauges are ok as long they are smaller...I dont particularly like the fact that some people have a hole in their ear lobe that I could stick my finger through. That just looks bad.
