Am I the only one who had trouble reading this with a straight face? It took me 3 minutes to stop laughing at the title. Ah well, I already know I'm a terrible person.

Moro Islamic Liberation Front, they're an off shoot of the Moro National Liberation Front (who's now working with the gov't). Just an unfortunate use of acronym. They were formed during the 80's.

Heres the real story: (aka edited story)

MANILA, Philippines - Air Force pounded yesterday the position of Mor Islamic (MILF) in Guindulungan, Maguindanao, between government troops and guerrillas entered its fourth day, reported.

Lt. Col. Jonathan Ponce, spokesman for the Army’s 6th Infantry Division, said SF 21 Marchetti conducted two runs between 11 a.m. and 12 noon.

He said that scores of MILF are believed dead because of the accuracy of the Air Force.

Ponce said that military continue to move deeper into the the MILF after a rebel was overrun the other day.

At least 30 MILF were killed while five soldiers were in the latest MILF
