Meh, there will simply be another incarnation that will pop up. It will happen, just a matter of where.

I'd say its not actually shutting down. There have been many, many 'scares' and false closures that respond with a reopening or revelation that it was just a prank.

As for happy or sad, I guess somewhat sad. I don't go there so I don't really care if they're off the wall crazy 75% of the time (if not more). However I do know they've actually done a fair amount of good. Tracking down Youtube posters who post videos of them violently abusing animals and what not. Or starting about 90% of the internet's memes, most of which are old and used, but still alot of great pictures have been spawned. Longcat vs Tacgnol comes to mind. If only they didn't have such a fetish for anuses and fecal material.

It was up a few days ago, some sad music was playing and the banner across the top said it was b's last day.

Oh well guess they fooled many into thinking it was dead
