IDK My dad watched that trial like crazy every day. In the end he felt very strongly that he did no wrong. In fact of all of it being thrown out of court on so many counts kind of stands on his side.

Face it he let poor kids into his house. He settled with a few, and people POOR people took advantage of that looking at million dollar settlements he just handed over. I think he was just a big kid.

He did blow over 1 billion dollars.......can't say the man didn't like to have fun.

Yeah, I think it will be manslaughter (unintentional killing of a human). The doctor clearly didn't intend to kill Jackson but his actions did push Jackson over the edge (rather, didn't wake up from anesthesia). I'd say it is a fitting judgement if the family isn't willing to acknowledge that Jackson's death was an accident (a risk of the anesthesia).

afaik when you die and your in debt two things can happen
a:your family is left with the debt
b:the debt is recovered by the assets you own

ergo no one gets anything except the debt collector
