I hope this goes here...here it goes!
Hello all. Recently me and the rest of the family chipped in to get my step mom a Nook Tablet. She LOVES it. However when we purchased it from the QVC ad on TV it was said that the NOOK was to come pre-loaded with tons of free apps, magazines, and whatever else have you. However there is a problem. They weren't preloaded at all! So I did some searching and have tried EVERYTHING to get the apps. I myself am 19 and consider myself pretty good with technology but this is stumping me.
What I have tried:
Restarting it, refreshing the library (like 50 times), plugging it in to charge and then refreshing, waiting, waiting more, restarting for a couple of hours, etc, etc.
Note that when I do plug it in to charge and refresh that the icon will spin for HOURS until I restart the NOOK. So far through all of that, nothing.
So what do I do?!?! HELP!
