I have read that site for a time, and come to the conclusion it is better to either video them, and let them know up front, and be ready for a possible fight, or to not do it at all.



I respect most cops, but they are just like everyone else, power goes to far when most are sheep and they start pushing and get used to it. And the whole racisim card needs to die, if a vic/perp/homeowner/president starts shit about that, they should get a swift kick to the cunt. And yes if they are still whining about something from over a hundred years ago, they are bleedig little bitches.


Back to the case here, the cops need to stop thinking they are the judge and jury too, their only duty is to prevent laws from being broken, by "serving and protecting" the innocent. They issue tickets or citations as they are unfit to determine guilt in those matters unless it is a flagrant disregard for the law that could indanger the person in question or others. IE: Drunk driving....you get arrested. However during a routine stop you may ask the officer his name, badge number, and what reason he had for stopping you before showing ANY of your information. A officer CAN lie to you however to extract information they want, so yes, that cop will lie to your face about how fast you were going to see what you will admit to, then write you a ticket as you confessed. You may ask for the written documentation showing the last calibration of his radar, and to see the printed, or other proof of your speed.


If I get pulled over one more time for a BS reason I plan on making up a sheet I will read to the officer about my rights, and that I know he is legally able to lie to me and probably is lieing to get a confesson of guilt from me, as well as my intent to persue my rights to their fullest, the fact that he is a public officer in public domian and the same rights that allow him to have a video/audio recoder in use in his car without my concent allow me to video the procedings when he approaches as well as videoing it all, uploading it to youtube and e-mailing a copy to the local paper/DA/chief
