1.) Cydia - jailbroken only
2.) Installous - jailbroken only
3.) Simplify - this one kicks total ass. Install the app, then install the helper app on your computer. Once set up, you can stream your entire music library to your phone from anywhere, on both wifi and cellular.

Awesome, I will look into simplify. My phone is not jailbroken so the others I can't try.

It saves you so much storage space on the iPhone.

 That is sick. That right there makes the iphone worth it, I now have officially gone from not wanting one in the least to seriously considering one. Does that work w/ the touch too?

As long as you are on Wifi.

Pandora is another thing that is great about iPhone.

Yeah pandora is a pretty sweet app (not just iphone, newer blu-ray players and some TVs have pandora as well). It's not quite smart enough, but it's definitely a good idea well executed.

The more you train it, the smarter it gets. My Pandora stations are all perfect now. They never play anything I don't like.

I just got a new game called stickwars. It's fun and addictive, try it out.

Yeah my point is it doesn't really deal in subtleties. It picks songs w/ qualities it thinks you would like about the song/artist you pick, and you simply say yes or no. Not, "well I like the guitar noodling on this song, but the overall mood isn't what I want," or something like that. Sometimes I even think Pandora mis-categorizes the music I select, attributing qualities to it that I wasn't going for. This can't be fixed unfortunately by the simple thumbs up or down. Too many subtitles in music for such a simple system. And it pisses me off that I can't just type in "funk" in the search bar and hear some feet moving slap-bass. Still, it's a great way to find new music and I like pretty much all music at one time or another, so I'd still give it a win.

For VNC, I use Jaduu. I tried all of the iPhone VNC apps, and it's just the most reliable for me, especially when connecting to the default Mac vnc server over 3G.
