It doesn't look brutally murdered. The die looks intact from here. Its surrounding fuses don't look OK.

Well it's now nonfunctional anymore and it definitely doesn't work in my mobo anymore lol. Hey at least new camera gave me an excuse to take a pic and start a thread :p

I did that the other day myself and made a keychain out if the IHS. The chip is destroyed. I have a small bin of bad chips, just waiting to salvage them for gold!

i agree with erocker. use it as jewelry for your girlfriend (she may think you are crazy) or you can sell it as scrap metal for decent money.
