A toned stomach, especially for women, is about 75% diet and 25% exercise.
I'm no expert on diets but for exercises, you'll want to focus on adominal crunches (tone front), oblique exercises (tone sides), posture (tone back), and cardio (burn fat).

I used to know a slut around work that kept fit by being slutty. Might work.

Sex actually is a good workout. I read that. It's actually healthy in more ways.

Yea, all I remember is the chick from my old job used to have a tight stomach. Not too far off from woman abs.

also swim. Requires your core muscles to hold your body horizontal in the water.

25% diet and 75% exercise. Same exercise focus as before (obliques, adominals, posture, and cardio).
The difference is that men tend to store their fat under the adominal wall whilst women store it above. The advantage for men is that you can be moderately fat and still have a firm stomach but the disadvantage is that all that fat is putting pressure on your organs. The advantage for women is that extra fat really doesn't damage anything but the disadvantage is that it is much harder for women to get muscle definition than men on their belly. Women need more fat than men so having core muscle definition on women isn't necessarily a healthy thing.

They have all the exercises one should do there. Just don't over do it (once every other day).

If you do situps, remember that bringing both elbows up to the knees works the hip flexors--not just the adominals. If you want to work just the adominals, your mid-lower back shouldn't come off the floor.

Search for Karl Noten, famous Dutch exercise guru.

You can find lots of exercise videos on youtube. A quick search just now found me Billy Blanks Tai Bo (awesome?) and Richard Simmons videos (uh, awesome again?). Combine the two and you'll actually learn a lethal fighting style revolving around useless repetitive martial art looking actions and shaking your booty. So far its claimed the life of everyone who's mastered it.
