I don't doubt you could, anyone can. That is, anyone who doesn't live in Oregon I always thought it was the shining example of a supremely retarded law.

I don't know about Oregon, but in NJ they just don't trust us to do anything right. And I hate to say it, but most of the time they're probably right.
