How often do you poop?

A while ago I was surprised when a friend of mine told me she pooped only once a week

(and the pain made her cry).

I go every morning precisely 5 minutes after I wake up. More often than not I also go again mid-afternoon.

What about you?

BTW, BP, does that friend of yours eat much food with fibres (pasta, rye bread, oranges, etc.)? If so then it is time to eat less fibre rich food.

Usually twice a day, with one outweighing the other. But if I'm working a morning shift then I ALWAYS get the shits. There's something about being in Target before about noon that shocks my digestive system.

Kinda depends on my veggie intake. When you stop eating fruits and vegetables for three weeks, pooping will eventually feel like you are trying to pass an iron rod.

I found that 1/2 teaspoon of epsom salts in a cup of water once a week will help you poop...
