Olympic badminton players disqualified for trying to lose

I guess that's why they call it Badminton and not Goodminton...

I think the very nature of not wanting to face another team means you just need to quit and go home. It's the fircken Olyimpics, if you don't think you can beat everyone else why are you there?

It's essentially the organizers' fault though. They suddenly went to a group stage round instead of the knockout qualification rounds.
