My tummy sleeper wakes up wet, even with wool ... Help!!

My three month old has started rolling over and loves sleeping on his tummy. We used to wake up dry every night before with a BG bamboo fitted and PUL cover (usually Thirsties or Bummis super brite). We've now slept in the same fitteds and a (used) wool cover for two nights. First night we tried it, he slept on his side and his hip was soaked. I washed the cover and lanolized it the next day and let it dry over 24 hours. Tried it again last night. He slept on his tummy almost the whole night and woke up soaked all the way up to his neck! Poor guy! I had to change his jammies, the sheet and the mattress cover. I can do that every night. Could it be the fitted? Please help!!

Just get the Poopy Diaper 2.0 smartphone app. Itll let you know if its a #1 or #2... and even the constancy if its a #2!
