HAF 932 is awesome because it's huge. It's like 10-12 inches wide so it can hold those giant tower HSFs without having to remove the side fan.

Enermax makes good PSUs.

The ThermalTake tower I had before was substantially heavier (1mm thick steel). Didn't just about drop either of them. I have cut gouges into the stairway sheetrock though. XD

The girth of the HAF cases are more of a problem than the weight. I need wider stairs. :/

I liked the first two better. Games that have a world map with conquerable sectors are appealing on the surface but once you get a ways into it, it feels like grinding. If there was a unique mission on every map, it would have been good, but there is only unique missions when taking over strongholds. The rest are just generic "annihilate enemy" missions.

The only thing Soulstorm really changed is adding Sisters of Battle and Dark Elder races, as well as mutliple planets with "ancient gates" that are captured via take and hold (as opposed to annihilate).

I was expecting one of the three games to carry on where the original Dawn of War left off--none have which is disappointing.

it's the black sheep in the series. it's not a bad game just.. different and not made by Relic.

the A.I in Relic games is really good. the programmers sometimes give talks at GDC. you can't turtle in those games. maybe that's why you find it too grindy. if you don't attack right away you will get slaughtered or the enemy will keep attacking and you will be there all night.

look i know she's in pain and all that... but it's not her problem this morning it's my problem. if she really wanted to heal than she wouldnt butt into eveything like she always does. she butts into political crap on facebook and forums and looks for fights with people and she wonders why she cant heal... well she should butt out of shit and ignore it. but no shes in that rebel fighter hardass mode and it's killing her. i tell her that and she doesn't wanna give up that attitude that's killing her and is toxic... you can still be a rebel, just dont put so much energy into it constantly and learn to chill the fuck out.

I've told her this before and she doesnt wanna listen. fuck.

I have to disagree, at least as far as DoW is concerned. My units constantly got stuck or fell way behind when doing attack-move command. Additionally, one unit often got separated from its group and was basically guarenteed to get killed every time because they are incapable of doing anything (AI likely bases shooting on the groups location rather than the individual).

From what I've seen, there's nothing extraordinary about the AI.


I finished Soulstorm (thank god). Now I dunno what I'm gonna do.
