how to turn stuff into b and w in CS3?

Image -> Mode -> Grayscale

or

Image -> Adjustments -> Desaturate

Don't know if CS3 has it, but CS5 has Image -> Adjustments -> Black and White, which allows for individual channel adjustments when going B/W.

Theres like 4 different ways to do most things in photoshop, especially the trivial things, not sure whats so funny?
