Someone bought that domain name, and made it redirect to the NSA website. Nice try, but fail. I could buy moc.natas.www and make it redirect to the White House website. No big deal.

you don't even need to do that. Just get a domain name for free from dyndns.org and have it redirected.

The domain name is registered to John Fenley through GoDaddy.com. The website hosting it doesn't even have a website. It appears that the IP 64202.189.170 (itanimulli.com) resolves to 12.120.186.8 (nsa.gov). The NSA site is hosted by AT&T Worldnet Services.
