i sure as hell can try. if not i know a 4BT fits. i would love to stuff a 6.4L or a 7.3L in but i have no idea how much will have to get beaten away so it fits. i am actually moving to some stiffer ~250PPI front coils in prep of a diesel even the little 3.9L 4BT is 700lbs+ which is a good 300lbs more than my 4.0L gasser. the D60 front is a preparation for the diesel as well so will the sterling rear.

If you delete the EGR (or go for the more expensive aftermarket egr cooler) and replace the factory head bolts with studs, the 6.0 powerstroke is just as reliable. Probably much cheaper to find than the 6.4 or 7.3.

I don't really like the rims but for the cost of rims and tires and mounting i didn't break $200 so i can't complain.

I ran stock rims on mine. I think yours looks good.
It doesn't seem that I have pics of mine. It's been years i fear I lost em. My engine was totally built, custom exhaust, rancho shocks with load of travel and man did it hum. If I find the data sheet i will post. |

Well basically ever 8 lug since 92 has been 8x6.5. Chevy, Dodge, GMC, Hummer. Until 99 when Ford decided to be faggots and make the 8x170... wtf.

Looking at ordering a set of 39.5x15R16.5 TSL's on a set of 16.5x10 or 12s. Guy on pirate has them for $325 which is less then cost of the rims alone. I will have to order 2 more tires is the only downside hopefully someone else has some used ones.
![]() I will be derusting and painting the rims black. Last edited by cdawall; 01-10-2012 at 11:23 AM. |

Those are some beefy ass tires. Will you use those for off-road then interchange them for road travel?

Well shit those will make that thing a badass ride (more than it already is)!
And how do those shocks ride? I've heard some Bilsteins are stiff unless they are loaded. |
