I have been drinking Coca Cola for the last 6.5 years

I drink 1,5l of Coke on a daily basis and i'm still alive.

anyone else that drinks the best drink in the world/biggest junk (depents who you ask) in the amounts i drink?

BTW Coca Cola Vanilla is the best

You may be alive, but how do you feel? I do agree that Vanilla Coke is awesome, but I rarely drink it. With 1.5L, there is about 42 teaspoons of sugar in it. I really do hope you like shooting up insulin, because your risk for diabetes shoots up with that kind of sugar intake daily. Coming off from it would be a BITCH.

i drink like 500 ml of coke dialy although most of it is coke zero. but another thing is that i drink like 5 or 6 litres of water a day. Is that good?

I am not a fan of any diet cola. The sweeteners are terrible for your health, even more than sugar. Water is the best thing. If you need the caffine, I would recommend tea sweetened with Agave Nectar. You should be fine though.

I used to drink 2l of coke a day for about 10yrs. I stopped drinking it, didn't change anything else, and lost 20lbs in 2 months. I drink Arizona Green Tea instead now.

I drink an average of 2L daily of Dr Pepper, Wild Cherry Pepsi, or Mountain Dew. I know it's bad but it's all I'll drink. I won't go into details why but that isn't going to change in the foreseeable future.

Before that was 2L daily of orange soda (Sunkist or Fasco). I can't stand it any more for some reason and switched to Wild Cherry Pepsi. Now I am drinking mostly Dr Pepper.

now i only drink root beer.

i get alot more sleep now and feel healthier.

if you stay away from the caffeine you are WAY better off.

i've got some serious issues with drinking coke
no 1 it's full of sugar
no 2 it's acidic as hell
no 3 it rotts yor teeth which = pain

although i do drink it from time to time

its fucking with my diet, making me hungry constantly and thirsty even tho i just had a drink

makes you more likely to get diabetes too, you may have it but havnt been tested

high fructose corn syrup can make you hungry and its real bad for you

aspartame is nasty too

drinking it a lot can get you addicted i was craving mad for a soft drink a week back then i realised time to stop for a while then keep it real low

its addictive to get you to buy more of it sort of like mc donalds its shit but tasty and addictive so you need to restrain from buy it loads

Actually my doctor told me otherwise as did a dietitian. What it does though is leads to obesity which increases the chances of getting diabetes. Since there is no understandable cause for getting diabetes because almost anyone can get it. What is known is that obese people are more likely to get it and chances are obese people drink coke.

Also completely agree with aspartame being bad for you plus it taste's horrible.

I used to drink 2x500ml bottles in school then a 2L bottle at home pretty much everyday, gave it up for Lent and when Lent ended I just have the occasional Coke now, when I drank it I was kind of twitchy sometimes now I'm not lol.

Oddly enough though I've never needed to have any fillings or teeth taken out
