Death penalty does not exist in Norway, afaik and forever in jail is perhaps a bigger punishment (having a long time to think about what he has done).

perhaps they should have capital punishment then
because when you kill that many ppl.. you have already proven that you dont give a fuck..if that would of happened in texas.. ohh yeah... he would of never made it to jail

A offender being made to help pay for the crime is better than just killing again.

Would it be better that he is allowed to live off the tax dollars of the victims, or that he is madd to work and the money is given to victims families?

ask the victims what they want... Money or Justice..Most will say.. "KILL THAT MF" I'm sorry but, someone that does something this fucked up forfeits his right to live.. Hell.. he even admitted it.. so its not like a wrong man will be put to death by accident

They arnt about to let him work btw.. they built a psych ward just FOR him.. they are paying ppl to play games with him.. etc.. ect...

if i heard correctly he can be in jail a max of 21 years if his mentally insane than they can put him in mental institution until he "recoveres"
