KFC and Chik-fil-A are quite similar except KFC has 17,000 restaurants and Chik-fil-A only has 1,614. KFC has a 15 year head start on Chik-fil-A.

Going international costs a fortune because they literally have to rewrite their entire menu to succeed. They also have to deal with interntional trade laws, laws in two (or more) countries, and dietary bans (like no trans-fats). "Stupid," no, you gotta be a genius with a ton of resources to go multinational.

No, I said they're a small chain. Then I said they are normal. KFC, McDonalds, and the other huge multinational corporations have had many geniuses (or clever/shrewd people) throughout their history that enabled them to get where they are today. Doesn't mean Chick-fil-A couldn't recruit some of them and follow a similar path.

Phillipines is tiny, USA is huge. There's a lot of room to expand in the USA before you run out of new customers. Phillipines, not so much.

First time watching videos:

They don't give money to "hate groups" they give money to groups with a different opinion. Focus on the Family, for example, doesn't promote violence towards gays. What they support is marriage as defined by their faith (man and woman). Vocal people (in this case, gays) need to learn to respect differences in opinion.

As for second video: it was wrong of people to send hate mail and leave hate messages. The people that did that are no better than his original comments.
