    I seriously need to take that advice....more often lol
    Totally think clearer for a few days after a really intense workout session....
    Now if I could just get my lazy ass up to do that more than once a month......lol

    going for a 30-60 min walk every day would be easier, nicer and probably just as effective, especially if you include some situps and pushups.

    I feel much more relaxed riding my bike to work everyday than driving. My wife and kids have noticed that I'm much happier.
