something like that. cabinet members do roll away quickly these last few presidencies, but I do believe 3 days is a record.

Except Eric Holder whom held the position for over 6 years. That was mostly Congress' fault though because Congress wouldn't approve of a replacement. Opposite in this case: Congress acted too fast.

^ it's like they say everything that comes into their head. On one hand it's more honest than the most honest democrat will ever be.

on the other is political noob status.

    I disagree.

    I agree.

They need to be wise about picking their fights. They can't let criminal Trump activity go unchecked because their responsibility is ultimately to the American people. At the same time, there's a crapload that needs to get done and the sooner the better. Maybe the Flynn investigation should be conducted by a team inside the Department of Justice, or maybe even the FBI. Congress shouldn't spend months digging for dirt on a guy that is already out of the position. I think the DoJ/FBI can figure out by themselves if charges need to be pushed against Flynn or accomplices. Congress should focus on the next mole that may need whacking that Trump presents to them. If Flynn didn't resign, then yeah, I think Congress has a bigger role as far as Flynn is concerned.
